I am a Delhi based Homemaker, a mother, a friend and a passionate chef. I love cooking and experimenting with my dishes. My near and dear ones love my delicacies and keep encouraging me to try exploring further.
In my pursuit for healthy food items, I started with Salads. It is not something new but when I started using the fresh veggies and allied products tossed with some of my secret recipe masalas and mixed them with dressings and sauces to make salads that are not just heathy but tasty and delicious. I am preparing all these in my Home Kitchen – using the best available freshly chopped vegetables and all branded ingredients keeping all hygiene factors in mind.

The term “salad” comes from the Latin word for salt (“sal”). In Roman times, salads consisted largely of salted vegetables glazed with an oil and vinegar dressing. Thus the salt.
